Important Information

* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
** Please note: The resort will be obliged to refuse admittance, if this confirmation letter is not produced or the person wishing to use the booking is not the member as stated on the letter, or is not in possession of a valid guest certificate, or if the indemnity form is not duly completed or signed.  The resort will require Identification documents to validate that the person checking in is indeed the person indicated on the confirmation letter. * Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in. 
* Check-in is until 21h00 on Fridays and till 20h00 on Mondays. Please make prior arrangements with the resort if you are going to be late. No early check ins will be permitted, check-in is strictly at 16h00.
* Unit K21 is  the only wheelchair friendly unit at the resort. All other units are accessed by stairs!

* A maximum of 2 units can be booked per Member. If 3 or more more units are required, members have to book the lapa facilities. As there are only 2 Lapa's on the resort, these are booked on a first come , first served basis, for a once off fee of R1500 directly with the resort.  Failure to do so will result in the resort not permitting occupation at all.
* Guests are not permitted to gather at any single unit, due to the close proximity of the neighbours.
* An additional group refundable deposit of R1500, excluding the R350 breakage deposit per chalet, is to be paid by the group organizer on arrival. The R1500 will only be refunded once a full inspection of all the occupied units has been carried out.

* The key & breakage deposit will not be refunded at check-out, but within 14 days of departure.
* There will be no cleaning service on Sundays and Public Holidays. Should cleaning services be required for any of these days, a fee per service is payable at reception.
* Please provide own swimming towels.
* Towels and linen will not be changed during a weekend stay. Full week bookings will recieve clean towels on Tuesdays. If guests require additional towels or linen changes there will be an additional fee charged which is payable at reception.
* Correct description of 0/04 units is as follows: All units have stairs inside & most of the units have steps on the veranda. The double bed downstairs is not in a private room. It is in an open plan area including the lounge and kitchen area. The 3 single beds are in a loft that is not private from the open plan main bedroom/lounge/kitchen area. This unit is not suitable for 2 couples. It is only suitable for 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 12.
* Guests are not allowed to move crockery, cutlery, chairs, tables, etc. from one chalet to another.
* Mount Amanzi is a family resort and therefore no loud music or noise will be tolerated after 22h00.
* Guests are permitted (at the resorts discretion) to have "Day Visitors" (4 people only including children) however a fee of R150 per person, is payable and certain restrictions apply.
* Swopping from one unit to another (for units to be next to each other or closer to the river) cannot be done due to the fact that most of our guests know the resort very well and most of the time they book a specific unit.
* No hubbly-bubbly’s are allowed on the premises and no smoking allowed in chalets.

** Please note: There is no housekeeping on Sundays or Public Holidays, unless requested. Please book at receiption, 24 hours in
advance. This service is at an additional fee.
** Please note: There are currently various refurbishment and upgrade projects around the resort during the course of the year. Some minor disruptions may be expected.**
** Please note: No pets are permitted at any resort**
** No persons under 18 will be allowed to occupy units, without adult supervision.**
** Please note: The Guest Indemnity form is available for download on www.mountamanzi.co.za and can be completed prior to arrival to ensure ease of check-in.**
***NB : Please take note that the bad smell you may experience during your stay at Mount Amanzi is caused by a “jacinth” – water plant procedure at the Dept of Water Affairs, and not something on the Resort. Our drinking water is not effected by above mentioned as we make use of borehole water getting tested monthly.***
** Please note: Please adhere to the Smoking Regulations of the resort.**
** Please note: Failure to abide by the resort rules and or any directive from management may lead to your eviction at the resort.  You are required to adhere to the resorts rules especially, but not limited to, noise levels, alcohol and drug abuse, verbal abuse, immoral behaviour and any other rule that contradicts the resort rules.  Non compliance will lead to immediate eviction at managments and / or security's sole discretion.**
