Important Information

* In order to assist the resort with a smoother check-in, please contact the resort 7 days prior to arrival in order to provide personal information required. * Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund. /
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Cleaning service is not available on Sundays but could be requested at an extra charge and arrangements must be be made with reception before Saturday afternoon.
* Friends and family need to report to reception to complete the guest register.
* Accommodation: Studio/4 sleeper - 2 adults and 2 children (on a sleeper couch) and 1 bed/2 sleeper - 2 adults.  2 bed/6 sleeper - 4 adults and 2 children (on a sleeper couch) 3 bed/8 sleeper - 6 adults and 2 children (on a sleeper couch)
* The Studio/4 sleeper and 1bed/4sleeper only have walk in showers, no baths.
* There is only one undercover parking bay per unit. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the public parking area. Parking fee for additional vehicles and trailers applicable, subject to availability.
* The indoor heated pool is a municipal pool. The resort has a splash pool on the pool deck.
** Please note: Bossa Restaurant is open - Bookings are essential. 
** Please note: No pets are permitted at any of the RCI Affiliated Resorts **
** Please note: Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12 **
** Please note: No Smoking is allowed at the resort or in the units. **
** Please note: Please adhere to the Smoking Regulations of the resort. No smoking is permitted in the units or on the unit balconies. Smoking only permitted in designated areas.**

** Please note: The resort is currently busy with preventative maintenance, including spalling work,  on the section of the building located within the sea - just above the wave line. Work has commenced mid February 2026 and expected to last approximately 10 weeks - subject to weather, wind and tide conditions. To try minimise disruption the noisy work will take place between 9:30 amd and 12:30 am on weekdays - subject to conditions.  Apologies for any inconvenience experienced.** (Updated Feb 2026)
