Important Information
** Please note: The resort requires Pre Arrival documentation to be completed and returned along with the necessary proof of payment prior to 10am on the Wednesday of your check-in week. Please send a blank email to arrivals@pernaumdloti.co.za and the team will forward the documentation through. Please contac the resort directly on +27 31 568 1286 with any queries.
* Please note that with travel being open, it is your responsibility to contact the resort directly and confirm protocols in line with Level 1 travel restrictions. This may include but is not limited to:
· Covid screening and temperature checks prior to entering the resort.
· All guest must wear masks while in public spaces.
* Resort facilities may be restricted or closed – please contact the resort for more information.
* Housekeeping will be limited during your stay – please contact the resort for more information.
* Check-in and out times may be subject to change due to health and safety protocols – please contact the resort to confirm.
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Reception closes at 22h00. For any late arrivals checking in after 22h00, please contact resort in advance in order to make arrangements to collect keys.
* The resort is not fully equipped for handicapped or disabled people. Please contact resort in advance for more information regarding handicap facilities.
* Payment of key/breakage deposit will be by credit or debit card only and credits will be passed on departure or therafter, once the units have been checked and cleared. Cash payments will only be accepted in extraordinary circumstances, on payment of a fee of R50.00 per deposit.
** THERE IS ONLY 1 PARKING BAY PER UNIT! Parking bays are allocated according to the unit number which the guests are staying in, and these may not be altered for any reason, including the size of the vehicle. Additional cars will unfortunantly have to park on the street.**
** Please note: No pets are permitted at any of the RCI Affiliated Resorts **
** Please note: Perna Perna Umdloti is a Non-Smoking Resort. Guests may NOT smoke in the units, or on balconies, or in the games room or the pool area or in the Parking area!. There is NOT a designated smoking area anywhere on the property. Guests will have to leave the property and smoke across the road.**
** Please note: The resort is currently experiencing an increase in seasonal insect activity. Please bring additional mosquito repellent with you.**
