Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Key Breakage deposit of R500 is only refundable during office hours Monday to Friday.
* Durban Spa's units are not wheelchair friendly although minor adjustments can be made to the 2 and 8 sleeper units - please call the resort prior to check-in to arrange this.
* Studio units are not full sea facing but has side sea views. Being on the side of the building, it is only partially sea facing.
* Please provide own swimming towels.
* Housekeeping service is available Mon to Fri from 08h00 to 16h00 and on a Sat from 08h00 to 12h00. There is no servicing on Sundays or Public Holidays.
* Towel changes are done on a Monday and Wednesday - should you require clean towels more frequently this can be requested however an additonal charge is applicable. No swimming / beach towels are provided by the resort at all.
* Linen changes are done on request however at an additonal charge.

** Please note: Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12 **
** Please note: Only Lycra swimming costumes are allowed inside the heated pool. You will be denied entry to the pool without proper swim wear.**
** Please note: Please adhere to the Smoking Regulations of the resort. No Hubbly Bubbly's allowed at all - they will be confiscated.**
** Please note: Tickets for Ushaka Marine World are available for purchase at the resort, please enquire at reception.**
** Please note: As of 1 June 2022 all guests checking in for a midweek stay will be required to pay a R250.00 linen fee.**
** Scaffolding will be erected from the 17th July 2023 until the end of August 2023. The skydome maintenance will occur and the the first four florrs will be affected by the noise levels.
