Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in. The resort registration documentation requires ID documents and signatures for all guests occupying the unit.
* The resident Wildlife here are extremely dangerous and should be treated with respect at all times.
* Only the maximum occupancy allowed in each unit as stated on the confirmation letter. Please note you will need to have your confirmation letter with you for check-in.
* It is imperative that guests, who will be arriving at the Resort after 10pm - please contact the Timeshare Office to arrange for a late Check In, with the estimate time of arrival and their vehicle registration. For safety and security reasons, unless arrangements have been made during office hours, the Main Gate will not allow guests access to the Resort between the hours of 10pm and 5am.
* Should guests require the single beds in the 2nd to be pushed together, please make the necessary arrangments at least the day before arrival.
* Should guests like to have units next to each other, please make the necessary arrangments at least the day before arrival - assistance is subject to availability.
* The resort has limited cellphone signal and no 3G reception. They do sell Wifi cards at Reception however, it is best to visit one of the internet café’s at the Rendezvous Centre, Perry’s Bridge or Skukuza.
* For all activities and safaries contact the onsite Safari Desk.
* NO Drones or Drone-like cameras are permitted to be used on the resort. Management reserve the right to confiscate any seen flying on the resort and they will be returned at departure.
** Please note: Chalets 5A - 8A and 11A - 14B are NOT suitable for elderly guests or those with walking difficulties or disabilities. These units have steep downhills to access the units and stairs inside the units.**
** Please note: Children using the swimming pool must have adult supervision at all times. Any person making use of the swimming pool must wear the correct swimming attire.**
** Please note: The resort has a Zero Tolerance to Noise Policy - in light of this, no Personal music equipment (including Portable speakers etc) is allowed to be used on the resort at all. Any found in the units or around the pool will be confiscated by the resort and returned at time of check-out
** Please note: No pets are permitted at any of the RCI Affiliated Resorts **
** Please note: Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12 **
** Please note: Please adhere to the Smoking Regulations of the resort. No Hubbly Bubblys or Hookah Pipes are permitted at all**
** Please note: The resort will be doing a full upgrade of the swimming pool filtration system between the 19th and the 26th of July 2024. No swimming pools will be available for use during this time. The resort will make arrangments with other resorts in the area should any guests wish to swim during the closure.
