Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
** Please note: The resort will be obliged to refuse admittance, if this confirmation letter is not produced or the person wishing to use the booking is not the member as stated on the letter, or is not in possession of a valid guest certificate, or if the indemnity form is not duly completed or signed. The resort will require Identification documents to validate that the person checking in is indeed the person indicated on the confirmation letter.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* R500 Key/breakage deposit must be paid in cash and will be credited to the guest's bank account within 30 days of check-out.
* Little Eden's Kiosk is strictly cash as there is no credit card facility available.
* Reception closes at 18h00 on a Friday and Monday, at 16h30 on a Tuesday to Thursday and at 11h00am on a Saturday. The office is closed on a Sunday.
* Guests arriving at the resort after office hours will be checked in by the gate guard on duty.
* After hours / Emergency telephone number is 071 248 5643.
* Cellphone signal is poor.
* The Kiosk does NOT stock fresh produce like bread, vegetables, fruit and fresh milk.
* The Kiosk does serve toasted sandwiches, pizzas, and chips only.
* All the units have one oil heater available during winter.
* There is an extra charge of hiring the equipment at the security gate, for the use of the games room stock and Jacuzzi bookings - per hour.
* Guests are permitted to have a maximum of 4 "Day Visitors" per unit. A fee of R70 per person is payable, with the exception of children under the age of 2. All day visitors must vacate the resort by 10pm.
* Units are serviced daily, except on a Sunday and public holidays.
** Please note: Should you use Google Maps for directions, please enter the search as Little Eden Recreation. The GPS co-ordinates are correct, however some of the GPS devices make use of back roads to the resort, and due to bad signal guests may find themselves on incorrect routes.**
** Please note: The road into the resort, as well as all the roads in and around the resort itself are dirt roads.**
** Please note: No pets are permitted at any of the RCI Affiliated Resorts.**
** Please note: Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12.**
** Please note: Please adhere to the Smoking Regulations of the resort.**
** Please note: No check-in's after 9pm will be allowed without prior arrangement with the resort.**
** Please note: Failure to abide by the resort rules and or any directive from management may lead to your eviction at the resort. You are required to adhere to the resorts rules especially, but not limited to, noise levels, alcohol and drug abuse, verbal abuse, immoral behaviour and any other rule that contradicts the resort rules. Non compliance will lead to immediate eviction at managments and / or security's sole discretion.**
