Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
** Please note: The resort will be obliged to refuse admittance, if this confirmation letter is not produced or the person wishing to use the booking is not the member as stated on the letter, or is not in possession of a valid guest certificate, or if the indemnity form is not duly completed or signed. The resort will require Identification documents to validate that the person checking in is indeed the person indicated on the confirmation letter.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* The key deposit is payable at check-in at reception and will only be paid back into the guest’s account within two weeks of departure. Please be advised that the deposit needs to be paid in full at check-in, either in Cash or by credit card. Credit card payments are only accepted during office hours.
* The resort offers guided game drives at the neighbouring, privately owned, game farm. (Booking at the Bar) No private vehicles are allowed on the game farm. Guests are not allowed to walk in the game reserve.
* The resort will allow a maximum of 4 day visitors per unit. A day visitor fee of R100 is payable per vehicle and must be paid at reception upon arrival. The resort reserves the right to deny access if maximum day visitors are exceeded. Day visitors must have their own transport, and cannot be dropped off at the unit by public transport providers. Alternatively, guests will need to collect their visitors from the main gate. Day visitors permitted from 08h00 - 17h00 on the resort no exceptions
* No early check-in will be allowed – strictly from 16h00. Guests will however be permitted onto the resort from 14h00.
* Notify resort before 16h00 if arrival is to be after 18h00. Gate times are from 05h30 to 23h45 daily, should guests arrive after 23h45, please make arrangements with reception prior to arrival.
* Please provide own swimming pool towels.
* No over occupancy will be allowed – this includes children of all ages.
* Only cash and credit cards are accepted at the resort. No cheques are accepted.
* Reception hours are as follows: Mondays - 07h30 to 18h00, Tuesday to Thursday 08h00 to 16h30, Fridays 07h30 to 19h00, Saturdays 08h00 to 11h00 and Closed on Sundays.
* No firearms, riffles, pellet guns, bow, cross bows, drones or fireworks are allowed on the property.
* Please do not feed the animals at the Lodge.
* Please bring extra mosquito repellant.
* Should you be making use of public transport to get to the resort, please be aware that the transport provider will only be allowed to travel to the units to drop guests off during normal office hours. Should arrival time be after-hours, guests will need to walk to their allocated units from the main gate.
** Please note: The resort is currently experiencing an increase in seasonal insect activity. Please be assured that the resort is diligently applying rigorous control measure to manage the situation as effectively as possible.

** Please note: Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12 **
** Please note: NO Smoking is allowed inside the units or in any public area, there are demarcated smoking areas available.
** Please note: Generators only run during set times and will not always coincide with Loadshedding or outages. Morning: 7:30 to 9am / Afteroon: 12 to 1pm / Evening: 6 to 7:30pm
** Please note: None of the units are wheelchair friendly.**
** Please note: Please adhere to the Smoking Regulations of the resort.**
** Please note: No check-in's after 9pm will be allowed without prior arrangement with the resort.**
** Please note: Failure to abide by the resort rules and or any directive from management may lead to your eviction at the resort. You are required to adhere to the resorts rules especially, but not limited to, noise levels, alcohol and drug abuse, verbal abuse, immoral behaviour and any other rule that contradicts the resort rules. Non compliance will lead to immediate eviction at managments and / or security's sole discretion.**
