Important Information
* A non refundable conservation levy is payable on arrival, per car.
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Emergency Check-in Number for all bookings confirmed after 5pm is 082 854 4368. Please contact to advise of arrival time.
* A fee is charged for cleaning service on Sundays and Public Holidays.
* No motorcycles, quad bikes, golf carts or scooters are allowed at the resort.
* The resident wildlife are dangerous, please treat them with respect.
* Late checkouts will be fined per hour.
* Amenity packs are provided in chalet at a charge.
* No cooler boxes are allowed at the farmyard swimming pool area.
* Baby cots are available from the resort at a fee. Please bring your own linen
* Please bring own swimming towels and bicycles.
** Please note: Units 101 and 102 in Karee Camp are the last remaining "original" units that were undamaged during the fire. These units are still thatched and have original boma area outside.**
** Please note: NO Day visitors will be allowed on the resort at all.**
** Please note: No pets are permitted at any of the RCI Affiliated Resorts **
** Please note: Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12 **

** Please note: The Kyknet Expo is taking place from 25-27 July 2025. It is compulsory to buy weekend tickets for the event. The Farmyard will be closed to anyone without a ticket (armband). Ticket Prices are: R170 per adult and R70 for children and pensioners.** (Updated 21/01/2025)
