Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* The resort will be obliged to refuse admittance, if this confirmation letter is not produced or the person wishing to use the booking is not the member as stated on the letter, or is not in possession of a valid guest certificate. The resort will require Identification documents to validate that the person checking in is indeed the person indicated on the confirmation letter.
* Guests are required to present a confirmation letter, credit card details (for extras) and an ID number upon check-in.
* There are no self-catering units at the Beacon Island Resort, breakfast is available at the restaurants.
* Late arrivals - please advise resort.
* Breakages are charged for.
** IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION: * Weeks 47, 48 and 49 (19/11 - 11/12) are referred to as student weeks and to ensure that all members are given an equal opportunity to enjoy their time away the following has been implemented over student weeks:
- All units require a guest over the age of 21 to sign in and to sign an indemnity form. This person is required to remain in occupation during the entire week.
- This is a non smoking resort and "hubbly bubbly" is not permitted.
- A resident arm band must be worn at all times - access to the hotel will not be permitted without it.
- No visitors on the pool deck or in the rooms
- No personal drinks will be permitted in the restaurants, bar or pool deck.
- All rooms must be available for cleaning between 08h30 and 14h00 daily.
- No loud music and noise in the rooms or corridors.
- In the event that any of the above points are contravened the resort will unfortunately have no option other than to request the guests to leave.

** Please note: The resort will not allow any change of guests occupying a unit in the middle of a full week or midweek booking, even if a guest certificate has been issued. No exceptions will be made.**
