Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI
membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* Reception is open 7 days a week: Mon - Fri from 8am to 4:30pm and Sat - Sun from 8am to 12pm.
* Cleaning services on a Sunday are by arrangement only. Please contact reception.
* The Monks Cowl Country Club which adjoins Champagne Valley has a 9 hole golf course but there is a full 18 hole course at
Champagne Sports resort which is 1,5 km away.
* Nature trails and bird watching are very popular and the resort does supply bird books and a list of bird species which can be seen in
the area - upon request at reception.
* Historical sites and museums are 30km away.
* Wheelchair ramps are available from the resort and can be placed at all chalets except chalet 18.
* No quad or motorbikes to be ridden in the resort.
* Linen changes are done on a Friday and Monday. If changes are required any other day there will be a charge of R30.00.
* Members can bring their own DVD players and USB ports
