Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in and an indemnity to be completed at the resort.
* Units are not serviced on a Sunday but can be arranged at a minimal fee.
* Please remember to pre-book tee off times on +27 12 207 9102 at the golf club.
* Please note that the resort is situated on the Magalies River flowing into the Hartebeespoort Dam and there are mosquitos.
* Check in time is 15h00. Reception closes at 21h00. Please let the reception desk know if there will be a late arrival to make alternative arrangements.
* All breakages will need to be paid for at receiption before checking out.
* The Entertainment facilities can all be used by purchasing a Games Card for the once off fee for the full stay. Certain facilities/activies will also require a refundable deposit.
* The resort does not allow more guests than the maximum occupancy per chalet stipulated on your confirmation letter.
* The water plant is operating provides good quality water to the chalets.
* No motorcycles / camping / boat launching or pets allowed at the resort.
* Due to the high blue/green algae content in the Hartbeespoort dam, an unpleasant odour may be emitted at certain times of the year.
* Please provide own swimming towels.
