Important Information

* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking
and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* A restaurant with daily themes are on-site: Monday: African themed evening where the General Manager Chris offers you complimentary drinks and light snacks. Wednesday: Cape Malay evening menu. Thursday: Espetada Evening with a set menu. The evening will be brought to life with their own in-house musician.
* A parking fee is charged per car per night. This is not undercover and resort has only got 65 parking bays available. Parking is assigned on a first come first serve basis.
* Key/breakage deposit: The resort takes a credit card imprint or cash deposit.
* Courtesy transport within 8km radius of the resort.
* Deposits need to be paid for the use of the following: umbrellas, beach towels, safe keys, parking cards and adapters.

** Please note: Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12 **
** Please note: Please adhere to the Smoking Regulations of the resort.**
** Please note: Due to the increase in National Loadshedding and the cost of running the generator, the resort has impleminted a daily charge for guests who would like to have the power on during the loadshedding hours.  The charge is R60 per day and the total cost can be settled on check-out.  If there is no loadshedding, no charge will be implimented for that day.**

** Please note: The resort will be upgrading the lifts between 8 May and 15 December 2023.  There will be 1 lift in operation at any given time during this period and guests may also use the service lift.  Apologies for any inconvenience and high noise levels.** (Updated 08/05/2023)
