* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.

* A credit card imprint or cash is required upon check-in as a key/breakages deposit of R2500.00
* The units are situated in a residential complex and there are permanent residents residing on the premises.
* All units are equipped with one bathroom and there are no ground floor units.
* The resort is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
* Please provide own beach towels.
* NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNITS. NON COMPLIANCE WILL RESULT IN A R500 FINE
* The resort no longer allows braaiing on the balconies, you may use the braais at the club house.
