Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* There is 24 hour security at the resort.
* The resort charges a conservation fee of R165 per vehicle or R600 per mini bus which includes a fishing permit valid for the duration of your stay
* Prices for activities on the resort are obtainable from reception. Catch and release is recommended on the Estate .
* Please be advised that it is extremely cold during winter months. The resort strongly recommends that if you are susceptible to the cold, that you bring extra blankets with you. Do not bring extra heaters, as the unit power supply is not sufficient to operate any extra appliances.
* No motorbikes, including 4 wheelers are allowed on the Estate.
* No cleaning service on Sundays and Public Holidays.
* Units are non smoking.
* No WI-FI available
* Swimming towels are not provided.
* No shuttle or bus services are provided by the Resort and own transport is essential. Should transport be required, management will assist by contacting a car rental or bus company on behalf of the guest.
** Please note: The resort will only allow a maximum of 2 units per member to be confirmed per check-in date. Should additional units be required, RCI consultants to obtain the correct authorisation.**
