Important Information
* Your exchange is strictly not transferrable for commercial gain and should you use your exchange for such purposes, your RCI membership will immediately be cancelled without any booking and membership fee refund.
** Please note: The resort will be obliged to refuse admittance, if this confirmation letter is not produced or the person wishing to use the booking is not the member as stated on the letter, or is not in possession of a valid guest certificate, or if the indemnity form is not duly completed or signed. The resort will require Identification documents to validate that the person checking in is indeed the person indicated on the confirmation letter.
** Please note: As of mid May 2024, access to Mabalingwe Nature Reserve will be controlled by means of a QR code system: The Mabalingwe Nature Reserve Share Block Managing Agent will be required to pre-announce any visitor by means of generating a QR code for every visitor vehicle. This will streamline the visitor management process while maintaining security protocols. To ensure a seamless pre-announcement process, we would request the following information for each vehicle entering the Mabalingwe gate: •Unit reference •Name •Surname •Cell Number •Email address •Vehicle Registration Number (this is the only field that is optional, but recommended)**
* Resorts are required to check proof of Identity upon check in.
* The resort has many steep inclines and some of the units have steep stairs leading to the front door and is therefore not suited for disabled guests.
* The resident wildlife are extremely dangerous and should be treated with respect at all times.
* The 0/04 sleeper units are for 2 adults and 2 children only!!
* The 0/04 sleeper units have internal stairs are are not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.
* Motorbikes are not allowed on the property due to safety concerns as Mabalingwe is a Game Reserve.
* An inventory list will be placed in the unit on arrival and needs to be checked by guests and handed in to reception within 12 hours of occupation.
* Fresh linen will be on the beds on arrival and will be changed once for guests staying for a full week.
** Please note: No pets are permitted at any of the RCI Affiliated Resorts **
** Please note: Sleeper couches are only suitable for small children under the age of 12 **
** Please note: Please adhere to the Smoking Regulations of the resort.**
** Please note: No check-in's after 9pm will be allowed without prior arrangement with the resort.**
** Please note: Failure to abide by the resort rules and or any directive from management may lead to your eviction at the resort. You are required to adhere to the resorts rules especially, but not limited to, noise levels, alcohol and drug abuse, verbal abuse, immoral behaviour and any other rule that contradicts the resort rules. Non compliance will lead to immediate eviction at managments and / or security's sole discretion.**
